The Annual General meeting of Glamorgan Wanderers RFC Ltd will be held at the Clubhouse on Thursday 7th September at 7.00 pm. Attendance at the AGM is open to Full Members (including Vice Presidents and Players) and Life Members.

Any Members wishing to put a resolution to the meeting must do so in writing to the membership secretary at least 10 days before the meeting.

AGENDA

1. To receive apologies for absence.

2. To receive and confirm the minutes of the 2022 AGM.

3. To receive the rugby report for 2022/23.

4. To receive and approve the accounts for 2022/23.

5. To receive the Chairman’s report.

6. To consider any resolutions that may have been received.

7. To re-elect the Board of Directors for the year ending 31st September 2024.

8. To elect members to hold office for the year ending 31st September 2024.

9. To consider any other business (at the Chairman’s discretion)
