This week we entertain Ystrad Rhondda who pushed the big spenders Pontypool in last weeks cup final all the way and deservedly came away with huge amounts of credit for their performance. The Wanderers make    changes to the side that beat Tata Steel. Up front Owen Hatherill returns to the front row after benching with Ebbw Vale last week and Captain Max Wootton and Will Jameson both return to the back row. Behind the scrum there are 3 changes with Zak Fifield, Ryan Nunes and Dan Stancombe returning to the starting line up.
