Blast from the past

We’ve had a message from Deepest Down Under about a side (Teacher Rugby ) who toured Britain and Europe in 1978/79. The picture of a snow covered pitch is the game against the Wanderers.

Anyone recognise the faces? Recollect the game? That’s certainly a young Steve “Fido” Davies at the front of the lineout.

There was a swapping of jerseys after the game and here is a picture of the Wanderers one still going strong down under!
