#WandsMassiv enjoy hospitality on the road

This season, the #WandsMASSIV are presenting a painted pebble depicting the club badge at all of our away games. They are being given in appreciation of the pre and post match hospitality that has been received by supporters in previous seasons and in anticipation of the welcomes to come from new clubs.

Last Saturday, before the game against Abertillery, Caroline Ankers  presented, on behalf of the supporters, a pebble to former Abertillery player and regular supporter, eighty one year old Alfie Bicknell.

It was a privilege to listen to him recount previous encounters between the two clubs and speak of his father’s close friendship with Sir Tasker Watkin.
