This week the Wanderers are in Championship Cup action and we repeat the cup fixture of last season by entertaining Aberdare RFC. This Saturday the Captain Amir Walji returns after injury and with Sam Hayman denting his head on a Penallta barrier, Ethan Hunt starts. Up front Gareth Reid returns to the front row and Emyr Jones gets a start in the boiler house.
