Wanderers begin search for new Head Coach

Glamorgan Wanderers are seeking a new head coach to steer the club into the new Championship season 23-24 and beyond.

Martyn Fowler has been with the club for 9 seasons and in that time he has formed an extremely successful squad, established in the Welsh Championship following promotions and play off successes. Martyn led the side to cup success, The Silver Ball and Mallett Cups and has also provided a pathway for young players to succeed in Welsh Rugby.  He leaves the club in a far better place than when he arrived.

Chairman Gerry Blake commented “We thank Martyn for everything he has done for the club over his tenure in charge. We regard him as part of the Wanderers family and we wish him every success in whatever path he takes next.

Director of Rugby Tony Murphy added “The search for a new head coach will now begin. We are inviting interested coaches to send in their CVs via email (see address below)  for  the attention of Secretary Alyn Humphreys”
