Cup Action this weekend as Trebanos visit the Wanderers

This Saturday there is a move away from league action to entertain the WRU Championship cup. In the last few seasons playing Trebanos in a cup game has become a regular event and this Saturday is no exception.
For the cup run out the squad size increases to 23 and the Wanderers make several changes to the side that gained a bonus point win over Ystalyfera last weekend. Up front Theo Shinton moves into the 2nd row and Alfie Llewellyn returns to the back row after injury. Shaun O’Rourke also returns to the starting 15. Behind the scrum Tommy Taylor gets a start at 10 alongside Ioan Williams. There is also a blend of experience and youth on the bench.
