Junior Fireworks night huge success

On Friday 5th the Wanderers Minis, Juniors and Girls section held its Firework display. There was a huge turn out from the local community who enjoyed a wonderful display orchestrated by Jordan Mcdonnell. The junior section committee laid on rides and food for all on a night that everyone who attended enjoyed.

“We admit didn’t expect such a huge turnout and we apologise to those who had to queue for such a long time to get in and at the bar. We will take that on board for next year” commented Chairman John Lyons. “We would also like to thank the local residents for their understanding”

There was then a great turn out by the junior section volunteers on Saturday morning to get the club and grounds ready for the afternoon’s rugby.
