Ystrad Rhondda next tough test

Following the Covid break last week the Wanderers return to action against last week’s intended opponents Ystrad Rhondda.
“A totally different challenge to the students” commented team manager Mark Gould “Ystrad will be chomping at the bit after losing their first two fixtures to the pandemic.”
The Wanderers make several changes from two weeks ago with an even more youthful looking side taking the field. Into the backs Amir Saleh starts at 15 and Rhys Beynon returns to the side after a spell with Penarth RFC.
Up front Owen Hatherill comes into the front row and old timer Mike Owen takes over the captaincy.
