Wanderers vote to Incorporate

At last nights EGM the membership of the Wanderers accepted the proposal that the club should incorporate.

Chaired by president Mr Keith Thomas the proposal was outlined and explained by club treasurer Rhys Draby. After some discussion the vote was carried with only one vote against.

The  club will now set up the “Newco” Glamorgan Wanderers RFC Ltd.

As a consequence of the vote the AGM for this season was postponed until Thursday September 5th at 7pm when there will be 2 AGMs. The first to wind up the business of this season and the second will be the first AGM of the new company as required by company law.
