For the short trip to St Josephs the Wanderers make 6 changes to the side that completed the double of Rhiwbina last week. Up front Luc Williams, recovered from injury, returns as does Josh Sheehan. Rob Weston moves to number 8. Behind the scrum Rob Evans returns and Ioan Lewis starts at scrum half after impressing in recent weeks.
