Wanderers welcome Denbeigh to Memorial Ground for Plate action

GLAMORGAN WANDERERS RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB

Vs

DENBEIGH

This week its all about WRU Plate action and the Wanderers welcome Dinbych to the Memorial Ground for the first time. Despite 3 defeats on the bounce the squad still feels that they can turn it around and the coaches will be looking for a reaction this Saturday.

“The unknown challenge this weekend could help us, as nobody has any preconceived ideas about the opposition other than the fact that they will be a tough nut to crack” commented captain Aaron Fowler.

Martyn Fowler shuffles his squad again this Saturday with 5 changes to the side that lost in the last seconds at Mountain Ash last week. Up front Rob Weston starts as does Max Wootton and behind the scrum Max Cunnington moves to centre to allow top try scorer Phil Pariyo to start. James Loxton starts at 9 and Johnny Wood returns at fullback.
