Wanderers welcome Llantwit Fadre in WRU Plate

Its cup week and following the Mallett Cup win over St Peters on Wednesday we entertain another Division 2 East central side in the form of Llantwit Fadre in the WRU Plate this Saturday.

“We understand from some St Peters friends that they are a decent side with an all round game. We will have to be on top of our game to progress in this Plate competition.” Commented Manager John Lyons.

With players picking up knocks in the Mallet cup game Martyn Fowler juggles his squad and makes several changes to the side that beat Bridgend Athletic last Saturday. Charlie Johnson gets his first start as does Rob Evans in the backs. Up front Gavin Nash continues at loosehead and Ryan Davis switches from blindside to openside.
