Wanderers continue pre-season prep

This Saturday the young Wanderers squad continue their pre-season prep with a trip to Caerphilly RFC (KO2-30pm)

Following the tough work out against Bridgend last week the coaching team of Martyn Fowler, Dan Fish and Lee Highgate have been putting the patterns and systems in place for the new season with Dan imparting the knowledge he has picked up as a member of the Cardiff Blues squad.

After Rob Evans picked up a concussion last week and Gavin Nash and Will Ford unavailable the Wanderers take a youthful but strong squad on the short journey to Caerphilly.
