Jacob La Roche Testimonial and presentation Evening

On Saturday 26th May the Wanderers are holding a Testimonial game and senior presentation evening.

Jacob La Roche was a promising young centre / wing just making his mark in the senior Wanderers set up. Sadly after leaving the field in a game against St Josephs in December of last year Jacob was taken to hospital and diagnosed with an heart condition which meant an end to a promising rugby playing future.

On Saturday A Jacob La Roche XV will take on a Wanderers XV at 2-30pm with all proceeds going to Jacob to help in his future in the game.

After the usual post match celebrations the Senior section of the Wanderers will hold their presentation evening starting at 7pm. It will be a chance for the squad to show off the Mallett Cup and Silver ball trophies and the end of year awards will be announced by the coaching staff.
